Week 11
This week was very meaningful for me. I worked on a small podcast about how to reduce stress, and the activity helped me think more deeply about my own habits and daily life. While I was writing and recording my ideas, I realized how important it is to slow down, breathe, and take care of myself, especially when I feel busy or overwhelmed. The podcast made me reflect on simple things I can do to feel better, like taking short breaks or trying to relax my mind.
I feel proud of what I created because it was my first time making something like this. It also showed me that even small projects can help me learn something new and make a positive change in how I feel. This experience motivated me to continue practicing English and to pay more attention to my well-being.
